As Operations Associate, Haley is responsible for overseeing and enhancing the service experience for our clients, ensuring every interaction is handled with care, efficiency, and attention to detail. She continues to support client accounts across a range of needs, including:
- Required Minimum Distribution Requests
- Account Transfers
- New Account Opening/Account Maintenance
- Problem Resolution
In addition to these responsibilities, Haley plays a key role in coordinating client service workflows and helping deliver a more seamless, consistent experience across the team.
Previously, Haley worked at Northwest Federal Credit Union as an Inbound Supervisor for their call center, where she excelled in quality assurance, coaching, training, and resolving member-impacting issues.
Haley studied Criminal Justice at the University of Alabama, which has provided her with a strong foundation in analytical thinking and problem-solving.
Outside of work, Haley enjoys spending quality time with her six-year-old daughter, Ryan, and their two dogs, Millie (Golden Doodle) and Crimson (Pug). They love traveling to destinations ranging from the mountains to the beach, always staying in the South. Haley is an avid Alabama football fan, dedicating her Fall Saturdays to cheering on the Tide and hosting friends and family.
