As Client Service Coordinator, Jackie serves as the welcoming face and central point of contact for our client community, creating a warm and responsive experience from the moment you reach out.
Her responsibilities include:
Client Concierge and Scheduling: Whether answering questions or directing you to the right advisor, you will always feel heard and supported. She also manages all scheduling for the team and maintains accurate, up-to-date records.
Database Management: Jackie oversees updates to the database so new and existing information is properly documented and organized to support the team’s efficiency.
Advisor Support: By maintaining comprehensive client records and keeping communication flowing, Jackie plays a vital role in helping our advisors stay focused and prepared.
With a background in both finance and client service, Jackie brings a unique blend of warmth, precision, and organization to her role. She previously worked in the mortgage industry as a Senior Mortgage Loan Assistant and served as a Payroll Accountant for more than seven years. Her ability to work with numbers and her genuine care for people make her a natural fit for our client-facing operations.
Jackie holds a Bachelor of Science in Economics and has also spent over 13 years as the Child Care Supervisor at her local church, reflecting her dedication to community and care.
Outside of work, Jackie’s greatest pride is raising three successful sons - and she now loves spending time with her granddaughter. When not with family, she and her husband enjoy relaxing trips to the beach.
