As Chief of Operations, Lacy oversees all aspects of operations and compliance for our practice. Her responsibilities include:
- Overseeing Internal Operations: She leads our administrative staff, supports their development, identifies opportunities for growth, and implements enhancements to ensure excellence.
- Building and Maintaining Relationships: Delivering world-class service and support, Lacy fosters trusting relationships with you and your family, our partners, and centers of influence as we continuously work to elevate your overall experience.
- Implementing Strategic Plans: Lacy works closely with our advisors to develop and implement business strategies that align with our short- and long-term objectives.
Lacy holds a master's degree from Towson University and spent about a decade working in the nonprofit sector before joining our practice.
Outside the office, Lacy enjoys spending time with her four children, reading, cooking, and knitting. She also has a Havanese puppy named Pancake, who she affectionately and hilariously describes as the absolute bane of her existence.
