Client-Focused Operational Support: Susan handles rollover calls, annuities, long-term care, and life insurance requests with precision and care. She completes each task efficiently, so you remain informed and supported throughout the process.
Team Collaboration: With a proactive mindset, Susan regularly assists our team members so operations are smooth and streamlined across the practice.
Process Ownership: Known for her speed, accuracy, and follow-through, Susan takes pride in managing every task from start to finish, always with your best interest in mind.
With more than 30 years of experience in insurance operations and 14 years specifically in financial operations, Susan brings deep industry knowledge and a commitment to excellence. Prior to joining IFP, she served for nine years as Office Manager, Insurance Coordinator, and Operations Manager at Wagner Resource Group. Earlier in her career, she worked in brokerage, underwriting life insurance, annuities, and long-term care policies.
Outside the office, family is Susan’s greatest joy, especially being a grandmother. She’s an animal lover with two cats and a new puppy, and she enjoys walking, watching movies, attending outdoor festivals, and cheering on her grandkids at their sporting events.
